Standards for Better Health Declaration 2008/2009
The Care Quality Commission (formerly the Healthcare Commission) has set a range of core standards by which NHS organisations assess themselves. This assessment is to assure that quality measures are in place and that services are being delivered within expectations. For 2008/09 the PCT is required to submit separate declarations as both a provider and commissioner of services. The completed declarations can be found below.
